The process of QHC-100 chocolate make machine
- Sugar grinding:
This equipment is suitable for producing chocolate from cocoa beans,apply for grind the coco bean to be coco power.
- Oil melting tank:
It mainly melts the cocoa butter and cocoa liquor needed in chocolate into cocoa butter in a solid state at room temperature
- Chocolate Conches:
In order to make the quality of chocolate higher, the prepared cocoa powder and cocoa butter are put into a refiner together and heated to 70 degrees, and then slowly grinded for 24 hours. Grind the solid particles to about 22 microns.
In this process, the cocoa butter will coat all the cocoa powder particles with a grease film, which gives the chocolate extremely smooth, delicate, and rich luster characteristics.
- Chocolate holding tank :
For chocolate liquid storage and temperature holding. Someone start chocolate bar to other shape,just start with holding tank.
- Chocolate tempering machine:
Cocoa butter contains a variety of fats, some have a lower melting temperature, and some have a higher melting temperature. When cooled, fats with high melting points solidify relatively early. These high-melting fats give the chocolate a shiny appearance and a crisp sound when it breaks. (High-quality chocolate will make a crisp crackling sound when it is tempered and cooled. ). The goal of tempering is to allow the chocolate to form a good fat crystal texture. In the melted and tempered chocolate, the crystals formed by the high melting point fat are evenly distributed. When the chocolate cools, these fine fats crystallize and act as seeds, making the crystallization reaction complete quickly.
The tempered chocolate can be shaped quickly, the texture is dry and hard, the appearance is soft and shiny, and the taste is mellow, and it melts in the mouth.
- Chocolate depositing machine and cooling:
The chocolate liquid after tempering control will transfer in to the hopper of depositing machine. Customer can be adjust the depositing volume by accurate PLC touch screen operate. Can be single color/double color,center filling in any shape. Then through the cooling tunnel after forming. Will be demold after cooling and formed.
