Sugar/Oil sanding machine

Oil coating: Normally after gummies demold, for prevent sticks here will have the process of oil coating before drying. Its made the gummy surface more smooth such like polish. More beautiful.
Sugar sanding：According to the sugar grain size will decide if sanding before dry or after. As our experience, small sugar grain before dry, larger sugar grain will be coated after dry.
QH1500 Automatic drying system
@QHBake.com has invented an automatic drying system that customers only require adding the raw material in the beginning and can get the final packing product at the end of the tunnel. The drying system with cold or hot dehumidification function, Sterilization and metal detection in the line.
The dry temperature will be adjusted as the different gumbase. @Pectin gummy will be dry at hot temperature for active moisture from more 18% down to 13%.
On the contrary, gelatin gummy dry at low temperature.
